This weekend, thousands of people came together to celebrate Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender life in Lancashire at Blackpool’s annual Pride event, which has been going from strength to strength over recent years.
For the first time ever, the North West Ambulance Service Staff Network took part in the parade and ran a stall in the expo arena, distributing information about when it is and isn’t appropriate to call an ambulance, taking questions from the public and chatting to festival goers.
