NHS Pension Choice Exercise – Member Bulletin
NHS Pensions will very soon be conducting a CHOICE exercise in which current members of the NHS Pension Scheme (whom were also members as at the 1 April 2008 & as at 1 October 2009) will be offered a one off choice to move across to the “2008 Section”.

UNISON Wins Dismissal Appeals in Cumbria
Two members from the Cumbria area who were dismissed following a disciplinary hearing in January have been reinstated following an appeal.
The two members have both worked for the Ambulance Service in Planned Care for 17 years. Both staff were originally suspended following a complaint.
